What to send
Good references make a better model
More coverage of the object means fewer assumptions in the model.
Front image
Straight on, even lighting, whole object in frame.
Side image
Profile view at the same distance if possible.
Back image
Needed for anything viewed from more than one side.
Reference images
Close-ups of detail, patterns, text or wear.
Complexity, symmetry, hidden geometry, and available reference information can affect the final model. We do not promise perfect automated reconstruction.
