Production time

Lead time is quoted per order. Catalogue items are typically produced within a few working days; design-led and bulk orders are scheduled and confirmed in the quote.

For orders with design approval, production time starts from the date you approve the design.

Packaging

Pieces are packed to protect thin features and finished surfaces. Large or sculptural items are braced inside the carton.

Delivery

We ship across India through courier partners, with tracking shared on dispatch. Local collection can be arranged on request.

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and can vary with location and conditions outside our control.
