God Statues

18" Ganesha for a family shrine

Challenge: The family wanted a large seated Ganesha with fine ornamental detail, taller than a single build volume.
Solution: The sculpture was split into registered sections, printed at 0.12 mm layers, bonded, filled and hand painted.
Result: Delivered in eleven days with no visible seams after finishing.

Structural

Challenge: Architect needed a client-ready model from a working CAD set in under three weeks.
Solution: We cleaned the CAD geometry for printability, produced the massing and façade separately and assembled on a machined base.
Result: Used in the client presentation and later for the sales gallery.

Engineering

Challenge: A discontinued metal bracket had to be reproduced from a worn sample.
Solution: The sample was measured and remodelled with strengthened ribs, then printed in ASA for heat and UV resistance.
Result: Sixty units delivered across two batches and still in service.

ASA · 120 × 80 × 40 mm

Decorative

Challenge: The interior designer wanted a textured wall that could be installed in one night.
Solution: We produced interlocking tiles with hidden fixings and a painted matte finish.
Result: Installed in a single shift with under 2% wastage.

Prototypes

Challenge: A startup needed fit testing against off-the-shelf electronics before tooling.
Solution: Three revision cycles with dimensional feedback captured after each round.
Result: Tooling released with no further fit changes.

PETG · 180 × 90 × 55 mm

Business

Challenge: A branded desk piece with engraved recipient names, delivered before an event date.
Solution: Production was scheduled across multiple machines with per-unit engraving from a supplied name list.
Result: All 250 units packed and delivered four days before the event.
