Returns & Refunds
Custom manufacturing is made to your specification, so returns work differently from stock retail.
Custom-made items
Made-to-order and personalised pieces cannot be returned for change of mind, because they cannot be resold.
Damage or defects
If an item arrives damaged, or does not match the approved design or quoted specification, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will reprint or refund it.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund before design work or printing begins. After that, we refund the balance remaining after work already completed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7 working days of approval.
