Quotes and orders

Instant estimates are indicative. A quote issued by our team is the binding price, and it is valid until the expiry date stated on it.

An order is confirmed once the quote is accepted and any required payment is received. Production scheduling begins from that point.

Design approval

Where an order includes design work, manufacturing begins only after you approve a design version. Changes requested after approval may be quoted separately.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in files you upload. By uploading, you confirm you hold the rights or permission to have the item manufactured.

We may decline any request that appears to infringe third-party rights, or that involves weapons, restricted items or unlawful use.

Manufacturing tolerances

3D printed parts carry dimensional tolerances and visible layer structure depending on material and finishing level. Achievable accuracy is confirmed in your quote and is not a defect when met.
